Mark Davies, a non-dom himself, started his career in professional services firms in the offshore jurisdiction of Guernsey, moving to London in 2002. He listened to his clients’ concerns that large accountancy firms offered a “one size fits all” approach to them as private clients, viewing them as an afterthought to corporate clients.
And so, in 2007, Mark set up this unique tax boutique which was devoted solely to private clients with an international aspect to their tax affairs. He provided advice which was individually tailored to each client and was easy to understand and implement.
Over the years, Mark has built a handpicked team of highly qualified and experienced advisers who are specialists in their fields. Our collective knowledge of tax is constantly updated in response to the rapidly changing UK tax laws.
In December 2025, we joined BAND Advisory Group to unlock broader expertise and resources for our clients while preserving the highest levels of tailored service and trusted relationships you’ve come to expect.
