- Website user statistics e.g. country website accessed from, on what device and which topic is most popularly searched.
How we obtain the personal information and why we have it:-
Most of the personal information that we process, is provided to us directly by you, in order to be able to email you updates about our business and marketing circulars or to get in contact with you if you request a call back for tax advice. We gather information about the nature of your enquiry so that we can direct your query in the most appropriate way.
We share this information with our marketing platform provider – Mailchimp

We retain enough data to be able to trace and unsubscribe contacts if they direct us to do so, so that they are not included in future marketing activities. We will then dispose of information by deleting all personal data that we hold.
